Anxiety Disorders ARE treatable! I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and altering problematic thoughts and behaviors. I am like a coach and my patients are like athletes, actively learning and practicing new skills that they can use now and throughout their lives.
